🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

    • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

  • Express Shipping: ₹120

🌍 Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India.
If your location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, we will notify you in advance.

📤 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

🚫 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In rare cases of shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics issues, we’ll keep you informed.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and item(s)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
