At Classy Style Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges under the guidelines below.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available for any purchases.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is not part of our non-exchangeable items list (see below).

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or washing

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer an exchange or store credit, as applicable.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at classystyleclothings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will ship your exchanged product.
